All communication between your browser and ShareResume is encrypted using HTTPS.

🔑 Password Security

Your password is never stored in plain text. Passwords are securely hashed using Django's built-in password hashing system. Even ShareResume administrators cannot view your original password.

📧 Email Verification

New accounts require email verification before gaining full access to platform features.

📄 Resume Privacy

• You control whether your resume is public or private.
• You can update or replace your resume at any time.
• You can permanently delete your resume whenever you choose.
• Deleted resumes are removed from the active platform.

👁 Resume Analytics

ShareResume provides resume view analytics to help you understand engagement with your resume.

• Views are counted once per browser session.
• Refreshing the page does not increase the view count.
• Approximate city and country may be recorded using your IP address.
• No precise GPS location is collected.
• Analytics are intended to provide general insights and may not identify individual visitors.

🛡 Data Protection

• We do not sell your personal information.
• Your uploaded resume is used only to provide the ShareResume service.
• We do not use uploaded resumes to train AI models.
